If you're preparing for a major one-off event or presentation, we can also offer individual sessions focused solely on this.

Duration: the program is tailored to your goals and schedule,
but at least one 50-min session per week is recommended.
Team Mastery
Small group coaching sessions with senior teams, run remotely or in-person, in a workshop format.

Town Hall
The Town Hall is a high-level presentation and Q&A on the core principles of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

It is useful for large teams or departments working in English, such as product design, customer service, HR, sales, and marketing.

The Town Hall is an excellent way to introduce key ideas and provide practical advice your people can use immediately.
​
Duration: 20 minute presentation + 20 minute Q&A. Ideal for a lunchtime learning session or your weekly team stand-up.
Kawa & Small Talk
We've heard that small talk is a particularly painful area of communication for Polish executives.

You can book an informal conversation during your morning coffee break to practice small talk with a native English speaker and learn how to build rapport.
